If your order includes items made to order or produced through third-party production partners, some items may becustom-made for you and may not be eligible for return due to preference (such as sizing or color choice). If you’re unsure whether an item is eligible, email us before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, the fastest option is: 1. Request a return (if eligible), and 2. Place a new order for the replacement item.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to replace it or refund it.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include: - Your order number - A brief description of the issue - Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

If approved, we will provide a replacement and/or refund depending on the situation.
