We will offer a free reprint or full refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective

• You received the wrong item or wrong size

• Your order is lost in transit

To request a reprint or refund:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at one_love340@yahoo.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

We do not cover:

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer

• Change of mind after purchase

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
